The shareholder is obliged to pay management fees and to comply with the shareholder rules. But mainly, the shareholders’ responsibility is to enjoy their holidays on the boat to the fullest and let seatime worry for the rest.
The shareholders can give any feedback to seatime, either directly or through the web portal. seatime takes care of routine matters, such as repairs, or defects with immediate response. For larger issues, such as equipment replacement, or additions it shall be decided in the Annual General Meeting of the Members. seatime takes care of the practical implementation of the decisions of shareholders. Thus again, seatime will act like a management company of a building company.
