These terms and conditions apply for Seatime charter.
1. Reservations and Payment
Reservation can be made via e-mail, mail or telephone. Prices are negotiated on an individual basis, depending on the content of the conference and client size. We reserve the right to increase prices due to changes in the number of customers. We charge a reservation fee of 50% of the total transaction price, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Reservation changes
If the customer indicates the need to move the date of the event, we aim primarily to change the timing as required, without extra cost.
Changes in timing are subject to availability and the likelihood of success is greater the earlier you notify us of the change. If the opportunity of change in the time does not work in the current period, we can also agree to move the dates for the next season.
3. Canceling a Reservation
All bookings can be canceled at no cost three weeks prior to the event date. If a cancellation occurs 1-3 weeks prior to the event, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total price.
Cancellations that are made less than a week before the event date will be charged the full price unless there is availability to change the time within the current season.
4. Customer’s Responsibilities
The customer is obliged to pay under these terms and to comply with the captain’s sailing advice and guidance. The customer must notify Seatime the names and dates of birth of the people participating in the sailing prior to the event if so requested.
5. Force Majeure
To guarantee your safety, seatime reserves the right to make the necessary changes to your itinerary, sailing duration or timing if weather conditions so require.
seatime also reserves the right to suspend sailing, if the participants are a potential danger to themselves or others, or if anyone falls ill; in these cases the sailing fees are not refunded.
